Construction workers permitted to celebrate IHRD

Finally, construction workers in Kampot are permitted to celebrate International Human Rights Day. It's unbelievable that it takes many days, energy and challenging to be permitted just celebration of IHRD which people throughout the world are entitled to celebrate freely.
