Celebration of IHRD is not allowed

ប្រជាសហគមន៍​ចំនួន​បួន​កន្លែង​ត្រូវ​ហាម​ឃាត់​មិន​ឲ្យ​ប្រារព្ធ​ទិវា​សិទ្ធិមនុស្ស​អន្តរជាតិ​១០ធ្នូ។

១. សហគមន៍​ត្រពាំង​អញ្ចាញ ស្រុក​ដង្កោ៖ នគរបាល​បាន​បំផ្លាញ​រោង​បុណ្យនិង​ការតុបតែង​ផ្សេងៗ​ដើម្បី​អបអរ​សាទារ​ទិវាសិទ្ធិមនុស្ស​អន្តរជាតិ​

២ សហគមន៍​បុរី​សន្តិភាព​២ ភូមិដំណាក់​ត្រយឹង សង្កាត់​ចោម​ចៅ ស្រុក​ដង្កោ៖ ពួក​គាត់​ត្រូវ​នគរបាល​គំរាម​កំហែងបំផ្លាញរោងបុណ្យអបអរសាទរ​ទិវាសិទ្ធិមនុស្ស​អន្តរជាតិ​ គឺអាជ្ញាធរ​ហាម​ឃាត់​ពួក​គាត់​មិន​ឲ្យ​ធ្វើ​ពិធី​អបអរសាទរនេះ​ទេ

៣. សហគមន៍​បឹង​ឈូក គីឡូម៉ែត្រ​លេខ៦ ខណ្ឌ​ឬស្សីកែវ៖ អាជ្ញាធរ​មិន​អនុញ្ញាត​ឲ្យ​ពួក​គាត់​ធ្វើពិធី​បុណ្យ​អបអរសាទរ​ទិវាសិទ្ធិ​មនុស្ស​អន្តរជាតិទេ និង

៤. សហគមន៍​ផ្លូវ​រថភ្លើង សង្កាត់​ទួល​សង្កែ ស្រុក​ឬស្សី​កែវ៖ ពួក​គាត់​មិន​ត្រូវ​បាន​អាជ្ញាធរ​អនុញ្ញាត​ឲ្យ​ធ្វើពិធីអបអរ​សាទរនេះទេ។

ទោះបីជាយ៉ាងនេះក្ដី ក៏​សហគមន៍​ទាំងបួន​ដូចរៀបរាប់​ខាងលើនេះ នៅតែ​គ្រោង​ធ្វើ​ពិធី​បុណ្យ​អបអរ​សាទរទិវា​សិទ្ធិមនុស្ស​នេះ​ទៅ​តាម​ការគ្រោង​ទុករបស់​ពួកគាត់​ដដែល។​

Four communities in Phnom Penh are not allowed to celebrate IHRD.

1) Trapeang Anchanh community in Dongkor district, booth and decoration for IHRD celebration are destroyed by police,

2) Borey Santepheap 2 community in Danak Troyoeung village, Chom Chao commune, Dangkor district are threatened to destroy the community's booth and decoration for celebrating IHRD. They are not allowed to celebrate IHRD,

3) Boeung Chhouk community, Kilometer 6 of Russei Keo district are not allowed to celebrate IHRD, and

4) Railway community in Tuol Sangke commune of Russei Keo district are not allowed to celebrate IHRD.

All of the above four communities plan to go ahead with their original plan, despite they are being banned by the authorities.
