Cambodia's NGO draft law must be fully in line with international law - UN expert.
Geneva - The United Nations Special Rapporteur on the rights to freedom of peaceful assembly and of association, Mr. Maina Kiai, warned that the current public draft of the law on Associations and Non-Governmental Organization in Cambodia - if adopted - risks breaching the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights.
