From late September to December 2010, 62 civil society groups assisted in preparing 61 events to celebrate 2010 International Human Rights Day throughout Cambodia.
Under the overall theme of "We All Need Justice & Sustainable Livelihood", the the IHRD events involved 20,771 participants at the village, commune, district and provincial levels in 19 provinces. Covered by local media, the IHRD events were monitored by 91 human rights observers deployed to various locations throughout the country ...
