ក្រុមមិត្ត១០ធ្នូ គឺជា ក្រុមមិនផ្លូវការមួយដែលផ្ដល់ការគាំទ្រនិងជួយក្នុង ការផ្ដួចផ្ដើមគំនិតដើម្បីប្រារព្ធទិវាសិទ្ធិមនុស្សអន្តរ ជាតិទូទាំងប្រទេសកម្ពុជា។ Friends of December 10th is an informal group of individuals working to support and assist local initiates to celebrate International Human Rights Day throughout Cambodia.
Few people from BKL, including Vanny were beaten and injured. They are sent Calmet hospital. We're still on the way to the place now. Mat is facilitating doctor for treatment of the injured people.
